Yahub is a platform that enables youth ambassadors to create, share, and collaborate on social impact projects aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Our services include AI-powered project generation, social networking features, and community engagement tools.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Yahub (with parental consent if under 18)
• One person may not maintain more than one account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant Yahub a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Is spam or misleading
• Violates the privacy of others

5. AI-Generated Content

Yahub uses AI to generate project ideas, descriptions, and logos. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may not always be accurate or suitable. You are responsible for reviewing and modifying AI-generated content before use.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the platform
• Use automated tools to access the platform without permission
• Impersonate other users or entities

7. Intellectual Property

The Yahub platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Yahub and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimers

Yahub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for the success or failure of projects created on our platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yahub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
